This vibrant Rose Gold expression combines traditional gin botanicals with native kahikatea and freshly foraged toatoa from the rainforest surrounding the Reefton distillery. The native botanicals bring citrus, resinous pine, and gentle tannic depth, while hibiscus and caramelised lime keep the profile lifted and inviting. Crafted with a neutral spirit base for added brightness, it is a polished choice for a premium G&T, a celebratory cocktail, or a simple pour over ice.
