A mindblower. This gewurztraminer absolutely explodes with exotic florals, preserved ginger and Turkish Delight - and those same flavours burst on the palate. If you like them punchy and absolutely varietal this is textbook.
Tasting note
The winery writes: "Hand picked fruit was gently caused then soaked on skins for 24 hours before pressing and fermented cool. The intense floral aroma shows fresh lychee character that carries to the palate. This wine is beautifully finished in an Alsacian style with moderate sweetness in harmony with flavour and alcohol, and with a tropical spicy finish."
