Part of renowned Mezcal producers Los Siete Misterios' exquisite Ensamble (Blend) offering, a range of complex multi-variety Mezcals that honour the legacy of blending that this agave based spirit has.
This specific Ensamble combines Espadín and Tobalá agave, with the latter being revered as the "king of the Magueys" due to its distinct characteristics. Unlike most agaves, Tobalá is physically smaller and has unique leaves. It can only be grown from seeds, making it a rare find and a challenging ingredient to use in Mezcal production compared to larger agave varietals.
