Distilled and aged at the Shinsu distillery - nestled high in the Japanese Alps - this limited edition captures elegance in a glass, with floral aromas and gentle spice wrapped in creamy oak.
Expect a soft, balanced whisky with a bright, aromatic profile that showcases the finesse of Japanese whisky-making. Bottled at 48% for extra character, this is one to savour.
Tasting Notes
Lively notes of lemongrass, ginger and dried apricot on the nose, followed by barley sugar, spiced malt loaf, creamy vanilla and a zesty citrus edge on the palate.
