Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave matured for seven years, Mi Campo Blanco is all about smooth, fresh flavour. The cooked piñas are gently pressed to highlight their natural honey sweetness while keeping any bitterness at bay. After double distillation, it’s fermented in open-air tanks surrounded by citrus trees, then rests for up to a month in French oak barrels that once held Napa Valley Chardonnay. The result is a clean, refined tequila that’s easy to sip and perfect for mixing.
Tasting Notes
Opens with aromas of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and crisp green apple, with a soft hint of vanilla. The palate is layered with orange blossom tea, honey and sweet orange, balanced by subtle white pepper notes.
