Mirabeau Provence Rosé Gin is a beautifully polished French gin that brings the elegance of Provence into a proper premium dry style. Created by Mirabeau, the rosé house founded near Saint-Tropez, it uses a 100% grape-based neutral spirit that gives the gin a softer, rounder texture and a subtle fruitiness beneath all that classic botanical lift. It also comes in a gorgeous pale pink bottle and liquid presentation that gives it real shelf appeal, making it an easy one to picture as a gift or as the centrepiece of a very stylish G&T.
This refined Provence gin is inspired by the wild botanicals growing around the estate and by the region’s perfume heritage, with lemon, coriander, rose petals, lavender, jasmine, rosemary, thyme and bay all layered around a juniper core. The result is fresh and citrusy up front, then softly floral and herbaceous through the palate, finishing crisp, dry and elegant rather than overly sweet. It is a very smart pick for anyone who likes rosé-adjacent style and aromatics, but still wants their gin to drink like a proper dry gin.
