National Distillery Aquifer Vodka is a premium New Zealand vodka built around one of Aotearoa’s most remarkable natural ingredients: ancient volcanic water from the Central Plateau. Triple distilled by National Distillery Co. in Napier, it is cut to proof with water that has spent thousands of years filtering through volcanic rock, giving the finished spirit a crisp, clean, beautifully polished character. It has the awards to back it up too, taking Double Gold at the 2023 New Zealand Spirits Awards and Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
This excellent 40% vodka keeps things classic and refined, with a bright, pure profile designed to let that distinctive water source shine. Smooth enough to serve neat or straight from the freezer, but versatile enough for a sharp Martini, Mule, or vodka soda, it is a seriously accomplished home bar all-rounder with a distinctly New Zealand story behind it.
