This is one of the best 'savoury' gins we've ever tried. It's bursting with yuzu lemon, pink peppercorns, toasted sage, roasted walnuts, grilled pumpkin seeds, pan-fried hemp hearts and sea salt - this is a gin that unloads a multi-layered sensory experience in every sip.
The gin and recipe was inspired by their masterful Head Distiller, Cristian who in his past life was the Head Chef at one of the greatest restaurants in London. As you'd expect, it is the perfect gin to enjoy with, before, or after a great meal.
