Produced in Napier by National Distillery Co., it takes the classic limoncello idea and swaps lemon for lime, giving it a sharper, more vibrant profile with plenty of fresh zest and natural citrus character. It is an easy bottle to serve chilled, over ice, or mixed into sparkling wine and long drinks when you want something crisp, refreshing, and a little different.
This lively lime liqueur balances tangy citrus intensity with just enough sweetness to soften the edges, finishing smooth and clean rather than syrupy. The fresh Hawke’s Bay lime character keeps it feeling bright and genuinely zesty, making it a particularly good option for summer drinks, spritzes, or a simple pour after dinner.
