There's no doubt that Neudorf features in any conversation about New Zealand's finest wine producers, and their wines consistently receive high praise from leading international critics. Their Tiritiri range is pitched at a more accessible price point than their flagship releases, offering outstanding value and a fantastic introduction to one of New Zealand's most respected wineries.
This excellent Pinot Gris has been given plenty of attention in the winery, with 100% wild yeast fermentation, a portion fermented in neutral oak puncheons and partial malolactic fermentation adding extra layers of complexity and texture. This wine is all about mouthfeel – it's got lovely depth, viscosity and richness, whilst still remaining wonderfully fresh and vibrant. There's plenty of fruit character and flavour here, with a beautifully rounded palate and refreshing acidity keeping everything nicely balanced.
With its fresh and fruity character, this is also a fantastic choice for those notoriously 'hard to match dishes'. The generous texture and vibrant fruit flavours make it a natural partner for Asian cuisine, really bringing to life the zingy flavours of coriander, lime, ginger and chilli. It's a seriously classy Pinot Gris that delivers all the quality you'd expect from Neudorf at a much more approachable price. Simply delicious – we can't get enough!

The winery writes: "A Pinot Gris that feels like sunshine in a glass - bright, expressive, and effortlessly drinkable. This bursts with crisp bosc pear and golden peach. Delicate florals - think jasmine and honeysuckle. Balanced by a subtle savoury edge that keeps everything in check. The palate is layered yet refreshing, with a silky weight that gives way to a clean, mineral finish. A flicker of acidity ties it all together, making each sip as lively as the last."
