No 8 Distillery's Hibiscus Gin is a blend of Asian spices & Aotearoa native botanicals. Hibiscus give the gin its natural ruby colour & delightful sugar free taste.
This gin is very fruity, with a lovely fresh sweetness to it. With notes of mandarin, yuzu, orange bitters, and cinnamon aromas. Sweetness from the foraged gorse flower, and enticing spices on the palate. Followed by a slight tartness of passionfruit, ginger and hibiscus on the finish.
Made from a unique recipe and coloured by macerating hibiscus petals in the gin after distillation. Keep in mind, the natural colouring can fade - so best to keep out of direct sunlight.
