Crafted on the banks of the Whanganui river, Papaiti Gin takes inspiration from the Papaiti Flats, orchards, and native bush that surrounds their home. They've sourced as many local botanicals as possible, creating truly great New Zealand gins which connect with the land they're distilled in.
Some of these botanicals include: Pears, kawakawa, lemon, lime, figs, quince, basil, rose hip, rosemary, and even stinging nettle!
Their Potager Gin is a citrus-forward gin, rounded out with lush floral notes. Single-shot distilled in small batches, this gin compliments the Papaiti Gin range with an incredible and unique flavour profile, which almost brings on the feeling of wandering through a French kitchen garden.
Potager botanicals include: Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, lemon, orange, grapefruit, basil, nettle and rose hip.
