Some of these botanicals include: Pears, kawakawa, lemon, lime, figs, quince, basil, rose hip, rosemary, and even stinging nettle!
The Whanganui Dry Gin has been single-shot distilled in the tradition of a London Dry Gin using traditional as well as contemporary botanicals.
As a London-Dry style gin, it makes for a wonderful G&T using classic or citrus-forward tonics, and naturally contributes to a top quality Negroni.
