Handcrafted in Dunedin by Quick Brown Fox, it takes everything that makes their coffee cocktails so good and leans hard into nostalgia, landing somewhere between an Espresso Martini and the grown-up version of dunking cookies into a glass of milk.
This indulgent cocktail is designed to be shaken with your favourite milk before serving, which softens the coffee and brings those chocolate chip cookie and vanilla notes properly to life. Quick Brown Fox recommends three parts Milk & Cookies Espresso Martini to one part milk, shaken hard with ice and strained into a glass. Oat milk works brilliantly too, and if you really want to commit to the theme, serve it with a chocolate chip cookie for dunking. A very fun limited release for dessert drinks, Christmas entertaining, or anyone who likes their Espresso Martini on the decadent side.
