The winery: "Pale salmon in colour, this is a Mediterranean style rosé with ripe ref fruit and dried herb characters with a long, dry finish. Highly drinkable and very food friendly, it is best served lightly chilled and often."

Michael Cooper: "Salmon pink, this is a blend of cabernet franc (70%) and merlot (30%). It is full-bodied and dry, has strong, vigorous, berryish, slightly spicy flavours and is very fresh, crisp and lively."
