Made in the style of a bright and juicy blackberry gin liqueur, but bottled at the strength of a full gin. This new release from the legendary Sandymount Distillery is an an absolute delight!
Botanicals include: Juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica, orris root, cinnamon, lemon, orange, and of course - fresh, juicy Central Otago blackberries.
Tasting note
Nose is full of summer berries, with fresh citrus and a touch of spice. The palate is deep and rich, bursting with sweet and tangy berries. Gorgeous mouthfeel, as the juiciness of the blackberry juice coats your mouth while you experience the complex notes from the rest of the botanicals. Thins out nicely on the finish, as your left with those alluring spice notes.
