This quality D.O.C Prosecco from Italy's preferred Veneto region, really impressed us at a recent evaluative tasting. Fresh, dry and crisp, it dances lightly across the palate with layers of apple, citrus and pear flavours. Some subtle hazelnut notes round out the conversation and bring that extra bit of magic that elevates this delightful wine.

Tasting note:
It is delicately fruity on the nose with with hints of wild apple and acacia flowers that give a feeling of freshness. On the palate delicious flavors of apples and ripe pears mingle with some elegant minerality notes and a touch of nutty complexity.
