Each bottle is carefully crafted, blending grapes from Prophets Rocks' single vineyard parcels of Pinot Gris with locally foraged botanicals from Central Otago. This partnership exemplifies the mastery of these two brands, resulting in a refined vermouth that captures the essence of the region's unique terroir.
Tasting note
This white vermouth is characterized by a dry and complex aroma that showcases refreshing citrus, herbaceous elderflower, and a hint of forest floor. On the palate, it begins with a clean and sweet taste, balanced by a subtle acidity and delicate floral undertones. The finish is characterized by woody and bitter notes, highlighted by wild thyme and wormwood.
