Crafted by steeping the smooth spice tones from Guajillo Chillis, which brings out savoury, chocolatey notes, which are then balanced with candied jalapeno heat for a sweet, spicy finish.
This gin has all the good qualities of spice, warming and tingly with the subtle alluring flavours of a good quality chilli. Balanced by the freshness of juniper and citrus, making it great for pairing with sweet mixers and as an extraordinary way to spice up classic cocktails.
