Cameron Douglas MS: "A bouquet of complexity, power and muscle with scents of roasted plums and baking spices, smoky leesy layers, violets, five spices and dark clay soils. Plenty of weight and power on the palate too with warmth and generosity of fruit, dark berries and plum, five spice with a touch of charred wood. Firm tannins and acidity ensure a sounds structure frames the fleshy fruit flavours. Youthful with a lengthy and exciting finish."
