A fruity, double distilled single-malt made with Australian barley and craft brewing yeast for an extra kick of flavour. Aged using lightly charred and steamed barrels, sourced from top Australian wineries that are famed for their Aussie reds. They're often filled fresh when the barrel is still wet with wine. Matured in Melbourne’s wildly varied climate for three years.
