For depth, Starward have utilised malted barley, which is combined with Australian wheat, for an aromatic, dry flavour. Aged using lightly charred and steamed barrels, sourced from top Australian wineries that are famed for their Aussie reds. They're often filled fresh when the barrel is still wet with wine. The two whiskies are matured separately in Melbourne’s wildly varied climate, and then carefully combined.
