This is an exceptional release belonging to Teeling's Wonders of Wood series. It is composed of an equal blend of malted and unmalted barley, which has been aged in new Chinkapin American white oak barrels. On the nose, you'll discover hints of toffee and butterscotch, followed by a progression of banana bread, ginger, and cream soda notes. The finish offers a touch of wood spice, dark chocolate, and black pepper.
