The winery writes: "The Crossings Pinot Gris 2023 is brimming with concentrated notes of pear drop, white peach and honeycomb aromas. The palate is textural, with a nice balance between fruit sweetness and natural acidity with a mineral finish. Enjoy with poultry and mushroom dishes such as creamy pasta with porcini."
