This refined Tokyo dry gin is built around 11 botanicals, including yuzu, mikan, sakura and sansho, which gives it more dimension than a straightforward juniper bomb. Juniper and pine sit at the core, while spice, menthol and herbal notes bring shape through the palate, with bright citrus, coriander and a touch of anise adding extra freshness on the finish.
