Made from a rice spirit base and enriched with Japanese botanicals, it delivers a clean, elegant profile that still feels bright and expressive. This is a very smart pick for anyone after a premium gin with crisp structure, plenty of lift and a subtle sense of place.
This refined Tokyo dry gin is built around 11 botanicals, including yuzu, mikan, sakura and sansho, which gives it more dimension than a straightforward juniper bomb. Juniper and pine sit at the core, while spice, menthol and herbal notes bring shape through the palate, with bright citrus, coriander and a touch of anise adding extra freshness on the finish. It is a great bottle for a clean G&T or a very sharp Martini when you want something classic with a Japanese twist.
