Tasting note
A velvety scent draws you in, followed by a multifaceted taste featuring umami notes. It offers a smooth texture that harmonises perfectly with both sweet and acidic flavors. The finish is lingering, punctuated by subtle undertones of nuttiness and yeast from its Chardonnay barrel.
