Featuring the same recipe as the original, Gold Medal winning Moss release that has now sold out, Moss Batch 2 is a crowd pleaser with its distinctive flavour courtesy of the complex interplay between the lightly peated malt, the initial maturation in American oak wine barrels (freshly shaved, toasted and re-charred) and the finishing touch of first fill bourbon barrels.

Tasting note
Aromas of jasmine, honey, liquorice, and vanilla bean are perfectly balanced with a touch of cough syrup. On the palate you'll find a smooth and creamy texture that leads to a lasting and well-rounded finish, adorned with notes of spice and sweet fruit and a subtle hint of smoke.
