Welcome to Seris, Waiheke Whisky's sherry finish range named for the Arabic translation of Jerez, the birthplace of Sherry.
The lightly peated Seris 2 is the second release, following up its precursor with a beautifully rich and unctuous dram. Initial maturation in American Oak gives the liquid a floral nature , before being finished in Australian Sherry casks which cultivates notes of glazed orange peel, citrus, spiced apple and sandalwood.

Tasting note
The taste profile is opulent and enveloping, featuring notes of caramel, dried fruit, baked goods, grain, and a hint of peaty smoke, perfectly balanced by a savoury spiciness in the finish.
