The winery writes "Pale green in colour. White floral aromas mingle amid pink lady apples, fennel, green mango and frangipani. This prosecco is light and delicate, dancing with refreshing citrus notes, a fine bead and lasting finish."
Ken Gargett, WinePilot: "This is a bubbles designed for simple drinking but one which is full of enjoyment. Just 10.5% alcohol, meaning that second glass is beckoning, it is made from South Australian fruit. It is a very pale lemon in colour and we have notes of spices, lemon and florals, with a deliciously soft palate and a lingering finish. A fine example of Aussie Prosecco for drinking now."
